Joe has been Chairman of Prytania since its inception in 2003
He was formerly Chief Executive Officer for JPMorgan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
He is also currently a Non-Executive Director of the Royal Bank of Scotland and pursuing charitable interests

Gareth has been a Non-Executive Director of Prytania since 2005
He spent his career working as Treasurer for major US and UK corporate and financial institutions including Conoco, Redland and Abbey National
Since 2001 Gareth has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies, principally in the financial services sector
He is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, serving as Chairman of the Association from 1996 to 1997

Appointed a Non-Executive Director of Prytania in 2011.
Previously Director of Institutional Marketing while with Eaton Vance Asset Management since 1993 in Boston and London through 2010. He still acts as a consultant to Eaton Vance.
Prior roles include Director of Institutional Marketing in Warburg Pincus Asset Management in New York and asset management and pension consulting within Catalyst in San Francisco and Merrill Lynch in Hawaii.

Joe is Chief Executive Officer of Prytania since July 2010 and is actively involved in developing client relationships for the firm.
Prior to that he has been a Non-Executive Director of Prytania since its inception in 2003.
He was formerly Head of Global Capital Markets at JPMorgan where he held several senior management roles within Capital Markets in London and New York during his seventeen years with the bank before leaving in 2001.
Joe also has other non-executive roles and is pursuing charitable interests.

Fraser joined Prytania in December 2009 to focus on developing new products and risk management strategies for the asset management and risk advisory businesses.
Prior to joining Prytania, Fraser spent 8 years at Dresdner Kleinwort in London where he was Managing Director in charge of the ABS Syndicate and Trading effort. His exposure to the structured finance business encompassed activities across the whole life cycle of transactions from origination through to the provision of secondary market trading support.
Fraser has also been heavily involved in the development of new asset classes within the European markets, including leasing and emerging markets securitisations.

Mark joined Prytania as CIO at its inception in 2003
He has twelve years of buy-side investment experience in structured finance
Previously at Ansbacher & Co., Mark built and managed a $1bn+ credit portfolio, including ABS and CDO assets, from AAA securities down to CDO equity, utilizing funds from the banks proprietary capital and clients
Mark began his career as a financial analyst and economist at the Bank of England. He was later responsible for economics and investment strategy at a number of securities houses covering cash and derivative products in debt, equity, foreign exchange and commodity markets

Oliver joined Prytania as Head of Origination & Client Management in September 2010.
Prior to joining Prytania, Oliver was Head of Global Business Solutions at Moody's Analytics in London. He was responsible for developing client solutions around risk analytics and advisory services in the area of valuation and risk assessment of structured finance and derivatives, credit portfolio management, liquidity risk and Solvency II. Oliver joined Moody's in 2006. He initially had responsibility at Moody's KMV for covering the global accounts in relation to quantitative credit risk management services.
Prior to which he spent 5 years at Reuters Trade & Risk Management in Zurich. Here he was responsible for business development in Europe, providing strategic solutions encompassing ALM, IAS39, Basel II credit risk and structured products.

Gideon joined Prytania as COO in 2009.
Prior to joining, Gideon was UK CFO at AXA Investment Managers from 2003 to 2009. From 2006 he was also responsible globally, as Head of Product Financial Control, for business and financial performance reporting for the investment Teams across AXA IM.
Gideon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997.

Andrew's principal responsibility at Prytania is day to day management of client funds and oversight of investment decisions as a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Prytania in December 2009, Andrew worked at Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited as Head of Structured Products, where he was responsible for the development of GIBUK's ABS CDO franchise.
Supported by a team of portfolio managers and analysts, Andrew managed over $2.5 billion (equivalent) of pre-dominantly mezzanine structured products, including RMBS, CMBS, Consumer Credit, CDO and other speciality bonds

Lexie joined Prytania in April 2011 to head up the funds marketing and investor relations team.
She has spent over 25 years in the financial markets and has worked in London, New York and Singapore.
Previously at Calimere Point Advisors Limited, Lexie was CEO & the Head of Marketing and Distribution.
Lexie began her career at Lehman Brothers in 1985 in fixed income sales. She has held senior credit sales positions at Nomura and ING.
