Athena Fund
Athena is a diversified global credit opportunity fund focused on structured finance assets. It offers investors the opportunity to gain exposure to the high returns of the structured finance market through an established fund with a solid track record since inception in May 2008. Athena deploys a globally diversified long only portfolio strategy across all types of underlying structured finance collateral, seniority, currency and jurisdiction. Investment in unrated securities is possible and leverage of up to 30% can be applied but the fund has not employed these capacities since it has been possible to generate high returns without taking unnecessary risk. Purchasing bonds at discounts that account for the true risk premium generates an attractive running coupon whilst embedding significant upside value in the portfolio over time.

Metreta Fund
Metreta is planned as a fund investing in the most liquid and highest quality structured finance securities. It offers investors the opportunity to gain exposure to the relative high returns of the senior structured finance market compared to traditional money market funds while minimising risk. Metreta deploys a globally diversified long only portfolio strategy across all types of underlying structured finance collateral, currency and jurisdiction with no application of leverage.

Danube Delta Fund
Danube Delta is a leveraged mezzanine fund focused on structured finance assets. Danube Delta offers investors the opportunity to gain exposure to a long only structured finance portfolio through an established fund with track record since inception in August 2006. Danube Delta deploys a globally diversified strategy across many types of underlying structured finance collateral, currency and jurisdiction. Focused on mezzanine and rated securities the fund applies modest eight times leverage.
Primary Mezzanine Fund
Primary Mezzanine allows originators and investors to hold structured finance and credit assets in capital efficient ways under Basel III and Solvency II regulations. Primary Mezzanine offers real risk transfer without diluting first-loss profitability for originators and investors
